First Harvest 500 ML

First harvest of virgin olive oil, unique and selected, produced at the beginning of the season in the settled vineyards of the region of Lachish, biblical city of Judea.

The oil is poured into the bottle immediately after pressing in the press, without undergoing a process of filtration by precipitation in barrels,

What gives it a cloudy appearance, a strong aroma, a pronounced bitterness of the olive skin and the aroma of freshly harvested grass.

This is a limited series, crowned with victories in olive oil competitions, it is sold only during the harvest period.
